CAD Services provided a team leader dedicated to the project to oversee the production of models and drawings and act as the initial point of contact between ourselves and for proof of QA and clash checks of CSD Models.

CAD Services produced co-ordinated drawings for MJL. Attended weekly co-ordination meetings, and provide clash detection reports for co-ordinated drawings. We provided Single Services Drawings for Ventilation, Pipework and Containment  along with Builderswork Drawings and Co-ordinated RCP’s.

The development of the BIM model for services utilised Revit 2019 using Fabrication Parts.

Hoxton Hotel

This project comprised of demolition of the Threshold and Union House at 65-69 Shepherd’s Bush Green and construction of a hotel comprising 237 ensuite bedrooms over 8 levels alongside all day hospitality including a restaurant, bar and meeting facilities on the Ground Floor and associated back of house areas and external courtyard.

CAD Services assisted with Basement and 2 plant spaces, Level 00 to 06 and Roof Plant, 11 Room Types, 2 Main Risers and Typical Room Risers.

CAD Services provided a team leader dedicated to the project to oversee the production of models and drawings, to act as the initial point of contact between ourselves and for proof of QA and clash checks of CSD Models. CAD Services produced co-ordinated drawings for Imtech. We hosted weekly co-ordination meetings and provided clash detection reports 

We provided Combined Services Drawings along with Single Services Drawings for Ventilation, Pipework, Containment for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services along with Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Data and Schematics .

OAK CANCER CENTRE
ROYAL MARSDEN HOSPITAL

Oak Cancer Centre at is a new clinical care, diagnostic and research building at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton. The building’s purpose is to re-provide all the Sutton out-patient and day care clinics together with a new rapid access diagnostic facility. There will also be a research floor accommodating 300 scientist and a mixture of social spaces including a rooftop restaurant. The building will be designed to promote better interaction between researchers, patients and clinical teams. CAD Services assisted with Lower Ground, Ground to Third Floors with Roof Plant and Plant Spaces within Lower Ground and Third Floor.

Warwick Court is a mixed use building that consists of Basement, Lower Ground, Ground to level 7 and Roof. The project was a Full Shell & Core CAT A Fit Out with the exception
of Retail spaces and W.C Fit Out that is by others.

Financial services firm Quilter relocated to Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, EC4.  Quilter will occupy space across six floors at the building near to Cannon Street station, which has recently undergone a refurbishment designed by Ben Adams Architects. CAD Services assisted in the CAT B Fit Out for Mechanical Services of 5 floors, consisting of levels 01, 03, 06, part of 07 and Roof Plant.

We acted as the initial point of contact with SALE Group for proof of QA and clash checks of CSD Models. CAD Services produced co-ordinated drawings for Sale Group. CAD Services attended weekly co-ordination meetings and provided clash detection reports, Co-ordinated drawings, Single Services Drawings for Ventilation, Pipework,  along with Builderswork Drawings for Mechanical and Public Heath Services.

BIRMINGHAM COUNCIL HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

A project to make Birmingham’s Council House fit for the 21st century. The £32.5m scheme saw the Council House, the Council House extension and part of Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery undergo extensive electrical refurbishment to both modernise the building and ensure the safety of councillors, staff and visitors who use the different parts of it.

The work was needed to update the electrical installation in the Council House.

CAD Services assisted with two of the Buildings, the Council Office Building with Lower Basement, Basement Ground, First to Third Floor and Roof and Extension Building Ground to Third and Roof.

LOTS ROAD PROJECT KENSINGTON & CHELSEA

Lots Road is a major mixed-use redevelopment of a former power station situated either side of Chelsea Creek on the north bank of the River Thames in Chelsea. The focal point of the development is the conversion of the main power station building into an expanded village centre enabling pedestrian access to the river.

We assisted with Shell & Core, Basement B1 & B2 and Plantrooms areas.
